"Plastic moleton under bedsheet did not feel great Booking confirmation and security deposit over third-party app was very inconvenient - it took a lot of extra time and at some point I wasn't sure whether the requests were a scam or authentic. Also the deposit was released very late and we didn't get feedback that we left everything in order before that."

"While we had a pleasant stay overall, there were a few things that could have been better. The overall condition of the public spaces of the building were grubby and in real disrepair, which was a little surprising given the nice design of the apartment itself. We also noticed that the guidebook for the apartment was missing, which made it tricky to figure things out—like how to connect to the Wi-Fi—so we had to contact customer service for help multiple times. Lastly, the payment process was confusing since we booked through Booking.com but couldn’t pay directly on the platform. Minor inconveniences aside, we still enjoyed our stay."

"The property was very spacious for 4 adults, it’s very close to the metro which you can gain access to all the main tourist attractions. We arrived early morning and the main office for the apartments were able to store our luggage until our room was ready and the same on check out before going to the airport. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and easily contactable and very responsive to any queries!"

"Із старту дибільний замок на вхідній двері, навіть те, що видовбали лудку щоб було зручніше відкривати, ситуацію не врятувало. Для такої ціни апартів, було б доцільно замінити вхідні двері і поставити нормальний закон, кожного разу були муки відкриття. Дуууже маленька квартира на 4 особи, комфортне перебування може бути удвох, максимум в трьох, але 4 то дуже тісно, коли розкладаєш диван місцями не лишається взагалі, диван дуже скрипучий, та пролежаний, не можливо лягли чи встати, щоб всих не розбудити, до того спати не зручно, бо провалля під попою і ти спиш майже сидячі, щоб пройти до туалету необхідно пройти через спальню, здається не принципово, але коли у спальни хтось спить, це є проблема. Апарти не погані, але потребують заміни дивану та вхідної двері, однозначно не вартують своїх грошей, хіба шо виправданням ціни може стати те що це Париж... У інструкції до користування квартирою написано, що рушник на кухні можна використовувати виключно для протирання чистого посуду, але при тому немає ні іншого рушника, а ні паперового рушника для рук, нічого, купа санкцій на рахунок, якщо не дай Боже забруднити рушники у ванній, чесно кажучи було б мабуть дешевше не митися... необхідно бути трохи лояльнішими до своїх гостей."
